Walk with a guide amongst the chalky ridges and the ruins of Tossignano Castle at sunset, before stopping off at the Campo dei Mandorli to discover the secrets of local traditions, from almond production to the finished product. The evening will culminate in a guided telescope observation of the Moon and the night sky.
